Counselors and counseling psychologists are often called on to play many roles - including supervising other trainees and providing consultation. This course explores key approaches, techniques, and issues that arise in supervision and consultation. Students develop a personal sense of their supervision theory. In addition, all students partner with local agencies, organizations, or non-profits and serve as semester-long consultants on a social justice project.
